Ship the Item Back

Pack the item securely. Include the invoice/order number inside the parcel for faster processing.

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, return shipping may be covered by us (only if you actually offer this).
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer may pay return shipping (update as per your policy).
